Ima do this one earlier than the rest, maybe we can get more people before the fights.
The fights are Saturday, April 10th, so the picks have to be in Friday night, because the card is live at like noon Saturday.

Middleweight Title Fight:

Lightweight Title Fight:
B.J. "The Prodigy" Penn (15-5-1) vs. Frankie "The Answer" Edgar (11-1)

holy hell, edgar, a guy who can cut to 145, won the 205 title?!?!1

heh just messin wit ya, he was able to beat penn to the bunch every time, he outworked him and won a decision.

I had BJ ahead, but i was not upset with the decision.

now the Silva/Maia fight, yeah i wasnt happy about it. Everyone knows how big a Silva fan I am, he is my fav. fighter and the best P4P in the world, but he really disappointed me the last two rounds. it was a terrible fight.
Maia refused to engage the first three rounds, then Silva refused to engage the last two rounds.

TBH i dont see silva fighting much longer in the UFC, he seems to be getting bored with it. as for edgar beating penn, there were reasons i picked him, and i shall collect my money tomorrow. i'm just surprised it actually happened. i figured if it went the distance they would give it to penn no matter what as they have been doing with everybody else as of late.
